The Human Resource in Civil Service Administrations is known as the main bases of the development and progress which needs to be mobilized with the extensive equipment and international standards to serve the people and the Civil Services.

Gender Directorate of IARCSC lunched the first quarterly coordination meeting of IARCSC female staff for further coordination, ensuring better and proper atmosphere of expressing views and work towards a better environment for the female staff.

March 6, 2011 saw the IARCSC Gender Directorate commemorating the International Women’s Day in a ceremony that was held at the Marble Castle of Ministers’ Council. This event was attended by the IARCSC civil servants, representatives of civil society and donor organizations, and gender units of all the ministries across the country.

Gender Directorate organized a legal workshop for gender units across ministries and agencies.  Dr. Mushahed, IARCSC Chairman gave opening remarks about the significance of women in the civil service, followed by Mr. Javid Sadat, CSMD Director General, who discussed the importance of gender units in public administration reform.
